Mark's Covid rules
Before you arrive for yoga
If you or anyone in or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days you must not attend yoga.
- Fever 38 degrees or higher
- Cough
- Breathlessness
- Sore Throat
- Lost sense of taste
you must not attend the yoga class.
Please fill in the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) general health questionnaire and bring the complete form along with you on the first class that you attend.
For each yoga class you attend you must fill in and bring with you a 'Student Covid self-declaration form'.
Remember to bring along your own mat, blanket and cushion or block as I will not be able to provide these items at present. Remember to bring a drink with you as we have no access to the kitchen.
As most of you know I do like the hall to be warm. However to increase ventilation in the hall there will be a few more windows and doors open than usual so please bring adequate clothing to keep warm.
When you arrive at Moreton Village Hall (MVH)
- Ensure you comply with Social Distancing guidelines in the car park, when entering the hall and whilst in the hall.
- Your temperature will be taken using a non-contact forehead thermometer before you enter the hall.
- Only one person at a time to use the toilets.
- Exit of the hall is via the patio doors or stage door.
- We will be using both the main hall and the stage area for our yoga class to maximise the space available.
Our time in MVH during our yoga practice
- Please use face masks when you enter the hall and walk to your yoga position. At which point you can take off your mask.
- Markers will be placed so that the 2m distancing can be adhered to (red dots marked on floor plan below)
- Fill the hall from the Stage area out through the rest of the hall. The last person arriving should be near the door to the foyer.
- I will work from the stage area (green dot on floor plan).
When you leave MVH after the yoga class.
- On leaving your yoga position please wear a face mask until you have exited the building.
- Exit the hall via the doors onto the decking area or use the dressing room exit
- Ensure you comply with Social Distancing guidelines in the Car Park after you leave the hall
